These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Truline's services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Truline (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (either an individual or the entity you represent) and Truline ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a business operating from Sarasota, Florida.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these Terms, you must not accept these Terms and may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Truline provides an AI-powered sales coaching and lead management platform designed specifically for home service businesses, including but not limited to HVAC contractors, plumbers, painters, roofers, electricians, and landscapers. Our Service includes:
- Lead capture and management from multiple sources
- Real-time AI-powered call coaching and suggestions
- Lead enrichment with property and demographic data
- Automated follow-up message generation
- Performance analytics and reporting
- CRM functionality and integrations
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to:
- Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3.2 Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3.3 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. Payments and Billing
4.1 Subscription Plans
Truline offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing is available on our website at truline.io. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, with advance notice to existing subscribers.
4.2 Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. Upon expiration of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. No credit card is required for the trial period.
4.3 Billing Cycle
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.
4.4 Payment Method
You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred in connection with your account. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current and valid. If a payment is not successfully processed, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
4.5 Price Changes
We may change our subscription fees at any time. If we increase your subscription fee, we will provide you with at least 30 days' advance notice. Your continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fee.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance
- Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate any person
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
- Use the Service to make unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
- Scrape, data mine, or use automated systems to access the Service
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this Acceptable Use Policy, including suspending or terminating accounts without notice.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Company Ownership
The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, code, designs, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Truline and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Limited License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. This license does not permit you to:
- Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or transfer the Service
- Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
6.3 Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit, upload, or transmit through the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
6.4 Feedback
If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without any obligation to you, including any compensation or attribution.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. AI-Generated Content and Call Recording
8.1 AI Coaching Suggestions
Our Service uses artificial intelligence to provide real-time coaching suggestions during sales calls. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any AI-generated suggestions.
8.2 Call Recording Compliance
If you use our call recording features, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding call recording and consent, including federal and state wiretapping laws. Some jurisdictions require all-party consent before recording a call. You agree to obtain all necessary consents and provide required disclosures before recording any calls.
8.3 No Warranty on AI Output
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI technology may produce errors, biases, or inappropriate suggestions, and you agree to use such content at your own risk.
9. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads, CRM systems, and communication platforms. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.
You are responsible for maintaining valid accounts and complying with the terms of any third-party services you connect to our Service. We may suspend features that depend on third-party services if your access to those services is terminated or suspended.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content or data
- Warranties that defects will be corrected
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that it will be compatible with your systems. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRULINE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
This limitation includes but is not limited to damages for:
- Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or information
- Business interruption
- Loss of goodwill or reputation
- Cost of substitute services
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Truline, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or regulation
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
- Your Content or any content you submit through the Service
- Your failure to comply with call recording consent laws
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
13.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of fees
- Abusive behavior toward our employees or other users
- Excessive use that impacts Service performance for other users
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and all associated data after a reasonable period. We are not obligated to store or provide you with copies of Your Content after termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@truline.io to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations within 30 days of receiving your notice.
14.2 Arbitration
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Sarasota County, Florida, or remotely via video conference.
14.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
14.4 Exceptions
Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sarasota County, Florida for any actions not subject to arbitration.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription for a pro-rata refund of any prepaid fees.
17. General Provisions
17.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Truline regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
17.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
17.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Truline.
17.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice or consent.
17.5 Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
17.6 Notices
All notices under these Terms shall be in writing and shall be deemed given when delivered personally, sent by confirmed email, or three days after being sent by registered or certified mail.
