How we handle information.

- Contact and lead information. When you submit a contact or lead form, we collect the information you provide. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, and a message or description of your use case.
- Analytics and usage information. We collect standard information about visits and interactions with the site. This may include IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring and landing pages, and other usage data.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, understand how the site is used, and conduct our own marketing to people who have contacted us.
First-party attribution cookie
We set a first-party cookie named truline_attribution. It stores first-touch UTM parameters and the landing page for up to 30 days so we can attribute inquiries to the source that first brought a visitor to the site.
Service providers and third parties
We disclose operational data to service providers as needed to run the site, respond to inquiries, and provide our services. These providers include:
- Customer relationship management: GoHighLevel, including LeadConnector services.
- Email delivery and business communications: Mailgun and Google Workspace.
- Website analytics: Google Analytics 4 by Google LLC.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4, a website analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics 4 uses cookies and similar identifiers to measure and report how people use the site. It may collect IP address and device and usage data.
You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on and by using your browser's cookie controls. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals where applicable.
SMS and mobile messaging
If you opt in to text messages, standard message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared or sold to third parties for their own marketing.
California privacy rights
California residents may request to know, access, or delete personal information we hold about them, subject to applicable law. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, email us at admin@truline.io. We may ask for information needed to verify the request.
Data retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy and as required by applicable law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of storage or transmission provides absolute security.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
