Submit your application with a resume and cover letter. Tell us why you are excited about TruLine and what you would bring to the role.

Initial Call

30 minutes

30-minute conversation with our team to learn about your background, discuss the role, and answer your questions about TruLine.

Technical/Skills Assessment

2-4 hours

Role-specific evaluation. For engineering, a practical coding challenge. For other roles, a relevant work sample or case study.

Team Interviews

2-3 hours

Meet with team members you would work with directly. Deep dive into your experience, working style, and how you approach problems.

Founder Chat

45 minutes

Conversation with the founders about vision, culture fit, and your career goals. This is also your chance to ask us anything.

Offer

1 day

If it is a mutual fit, we will send you a competitive offer within 24 hours. We move fast because we respect your time.

Total time commitment: Approximately 5-7 hours spread over 1-2 weeks. We aim to complete the entire process within 2 weeks of your application.
