Our Story
Why we built TruLine
TruLine started when we talked to a painting contractor in Tampa who was spending $800/month on Facebook Ads but losing most leads because he couldn't respond fast enough. He tried using ServiceTitan but found it overwhelming. He looked at Gong but it was designed for tech sales, not home services.
We realized there was a massive gap in the market. Home service businesses generate thousands of leads every day, but they lack the tools to turn those leads into customers efficiently. Meanwhile, AI technology that could solve this problem was getting better and cheaper every month.
So we built TruLine from the ground up for home service contractors. Every feature is designed around the unique challenges of local service businesses: responding to leads within minutes, handling price objections on residential calls, following up without being pushy, and tracking what actually drives revenue.
Today, TruLine helps over 500 contractors close more deals by responding faster and calling smarter. We are just getting started.
