Getting Started

How do I set up my TruLine account?

After signing up, you'll receive a welcome email with step-by-step instructions. You can also access our Quick Start Guide in the Knowledge Base, or schedule a free onboarding call with our team to walk through setup together.

Lead Management

How do I connect my lead sources to TruLine?

TruLine integrates with most major lead sources including Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads, Angi, Thumbtack, and more. Go to Settings > Integrations and follow the step-by-step connection wizard. If you need help, our support team can assist you.

Call Coaching

How does the AI call coaching feature work?

Our AI listens to your sales calls in real-time and provides live suggestions based on what the prospect says. It helps you handle objections, identify buying signals, and stay on script. You can customize the coaching prompts based on your business needs.

Billing

Can I change or cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section in Settings. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts. If you cancel, you'll have access until the end of your current billing period.

What tools does TruLine integrate with?

TruLine integrates with popular lead sources (Facebook, Google, Angi), CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), phone systems (Twilio, RingCentral), and calendar tools (Google Calendar, Calendly). Check our Integrations page for the full list.

Account Management

How do I add team members to my account?

Go to Settings > Team and click "Invite Team Member". You can assign different permission levels (Admin, Manager, or Team Member) and set up individual coaching preferences for each user. Team member seats are included based on your plan.

Getting Started

Do you offer training for my team?

Yes! All customers receive access to our video tutorial library, documentation, and live onboarding sessions. Business and Enterprise customers also get dedicated training sessions and ongoing account management.

Call Coaching

Is my call data secure and private?

Absolutely. All calls are encrypted in transit and at rest. We're SOC 2 compliant and follow industry best practices for data security. Your call recordings are only accessible to your team and are never shared with third parties.
