How it works

We run a managed AI Employee. You do not operate a tool.

You describe the work that needs to happen. We build the digital employee around those exact jobs, connect it to the systems you already run, keep it live, and tune it as your operations shift. What you get back is work getting done, not another platform to learn and babysit.

The path

First agent live in under 48 hours.

The build is on us, and it is fast. One scoping call, the first agent on real work in draft mode inside two days, then a month of staged trust making the employee genuinely good at your business. Not configuring it forever.

01

Scoping call

On one call we find the workflows eating the most hours. Intake, follow-up, reporting, coordination, documentation. You walk us through what keeps the team behind and we pick the first job to hand off. A refundable deposit books the call. No prep on your end.

First agent live in under 48 hours

48h

Our team does the build. We configure the first agent, connect it to your real tools and data, and put it on live work in draft mode within two days of the call. No multi-week proof of concept, no sandbox demo. Day two, real output you can check, with staged trust earning it full autonomy.

03

Fully onboarded in about 30 days

30d

Over the first month we widen coverage to the next workflows, watch how the employee handles edge cases in your business, and correct its behavior against real outcomes. By day thirty you have a digital employee that knows how your operation actually runs.

04

Ongoing

The employee stays current as your operations shift. You tell us what changed, we update the workflows, and you keep reading outcomes. Changes are included in the flat subscription. The work never stops moving.

What managed means

Build, run, monitor, support, improve.

You get the output of a digital employee without owning any of the work that keeps one running. Every layer below sits with us. No platform to learn, no integrations to wire, no upkeep to carry.

We build it

You get an employee built for your exact workflows, not a template. We sit with how your team works, map each job step by step, configure the agents, and wire them into the tools you already run. You describe the work. The build is ours.

We run it

You get work that never clocks out. The AI Employee runs around the clock, holds full context between tasks, and never waits for someone to press a button. No office hours, no handoff gaps, no Monday backlog.

We monitor it

You get a workflow that someone is actually watching. Every live job reports its own health, and our team gets the alert the moment one stalls, usually before it touches your week. Catching and fixing it is included in the flat subscription.

Security built in

You get the access discipline of a careful internal IT team. Each workflow runs with its own isolated credentials and access scoped to exactly the systems that job needs, nothing wider. Security is part of the build, not an upsell.

We support it

You get changes made for you, not a ticket to file. When a process shifts, you tell us in plain language and we change the employee. No queue, no per-request billing. Support and ongoing changes are included, flat.

We improve it

You get an employee that gets sharper the longer it runs. You name the business number that matters, faster intake, more follow-through closed, deals that stop slipping, and we tune the workflows against live results until that number moves.

What you do

Point it at the work. Review outcomes.

You name the workflows eating the most hours. Follow-up, intake, coordination, reporting, documentation. We do the rest: map each job, build the employee around it, and put it on live work. Your only input is knowing your own business.

Once it is live, your role is reading outcomes. Did intake move faster? Did follow-through close more deals? Did your best people get pulled out of the busywork and back onto the judgment, relationships, and expertise that actually grow the business? That is the measure that matters, not a dashboard full of metrics you have to interpret.

When a process shifts, you tell us in plain language. We update the employee. The business does not start over and you do not rebuild anything.

Questions

Plain answers.

What do I actually have to do?
Point the employee at the work and read the outcomes. That is the whole job. The build, the integrations, the monitoring, the security, and the upkeep all sit with us. You operate nothing and learn no new platform.
How fast does it go live?
The first agent is on real work in under 48 hours from the scoping call, starting in draft mode and earning autonomy through staged trust. Full onboarding across your tools, context, and review workflows takes about 30 days. The fast part is setup. The first month is spent making it genuinely good at your business.
What does it cost?
One managed AI Employee, $2,499 per month, flat, no caps. That is founding agency pricing, held for our first ten agencies. Unlimited agents, unlimited usage, monitoring, support, and ongoing changes are all included in that number. The frame to weigh it against is what the same volume of repetitive work costs you in payroll today, and what your expensive people could be doing instead. A $500 refundable deposit holds a fit call. It is refunded in full if we are not a fit.
What if a workflow breaks?
Each live workflow reports its own health, so our team gets the alert the moment something stalls, usually before it reaches your week. We fix it. Keeping the employee running is our job, not yours, and it costs nothing extra.
Does security mean anything here?
Yes. Each workflow runs with its own isolated credentials and access scoped to exactly the systems that job touches, nothing wider. We hold your data to the same discipline a careful internal IT team would, and that handling is part of the build, not an add-on.
Can the employee change when our processes change?
Yes, and the changes are included in the flat subscription. When your operating model shifts, you tell us in plain language and we update the employee. Nothing is locked, and there is no per-change billing.

Managed service

See what the first AI Employee would cover.

Your most expensive people are the ones chasing follow-ups, rekeying intake, and assembling reports. The managed AI Employee exists so the machine carries that repetitive grind and your team gets back to the judgment, the relationships, and the hard-won expertise that no software can replicate, and that actually grows the business. Tell us your industry and the workflows weighing the team down. On the call we map the exact employee that fits the job and the first agent that goes live. Join the waitlist and we reach out as spots open.
