Workflow automation for small business. You decide.

You set the direction. Market Loop looks for slow, repeated work in any part of your business, from intake and scheduling to client follow-up, training and ads. It builds and tests a fix and brings the change to you. The results feed the next fix. No consultant sits between you and the system. Our own painting company runs on it every day.

The gap between knowing and doing

Every business learns. Most of what it learns never changes how the work gets done.

  • Lessons get forgotten

A missed follow-up costs a job. Everyone agrees to fix it. A month later it happens again, because the fix lived in someone's head.
  • Systems never get used

A new form, a checklist, a script. Built with good intentions, then dropped, because nobody put it into the daily work or checked whether it helped.
  • Market Loop closes the gap between knowledge and implementation

It is software plus AI that connects to your business and the systems it already runs on. It keeps what was learned as a record, turns it into a tested change you approve, puts the change in place and measures whether it worked. If it didn't, that becomes the next lesson. Any part of the business can run this way.

The loop, step by step

The same loop can automate any process you can write down: intake, follow-up, training or ads. 1. Watch the work

    Market Loop
Records how work moves through the tools you connect: where it waits, gets typed twice or comes back.
    You
Choose which workflows and accounts it may see.
Where the time went · exampleExample
    • New client intake: details typed into three places
    • Missing documents: asked for twice
    • Estimate follow-up: sent by hand
  2. Find the friction

    Market Loop
Picks the step that costs the most time or rework and writes up one fix.
    You
Read it. Say yes, no or not yet.
    Proposed fix · exampleExample
Send one intake form that fills the job record, so nobody types it again.
  3. Build and test

    Market Loop
Builds the change and tests it on sample records before anything real is touched.
    You
Nothing yet. It is tested before you see it.
    Test run · exampleExample
Intake form tested on sample records · ready for your review
  4. You approve

    Market Loop
Brings you the change, what it is meant to improve and how to undo it.
    You
Approve it, change it or turn it down.
    Waiting for youExample
New intake form · Approve or not now
  5. Put it in place safely

    Market Loop
Introduces the approved change in steps, watches for errors and can roll it back.
    You
Keep working. Handle any exception it flags.
    Change in place · exampleExample
Intake form live · old process kept as a fallback
  6. Measure, then repeat

    Market Loop
Compares time, errors and rework before and after the change, then starts the next round with what it learned.
    You
See what changed, in plain words.
    What comes next · exampleExample
    Next: document requests
↑ Measured: intake time before and after
    ↑ Change: one intake form

Then the loop starts again with what it measured.

You make the big calls

Routine automation runs inside rules you approved. The decisions stay with you, and so do your staff and your professional duties.

You decide

  • The goals for the business
  • Which workflows and accounts it may see
  • Every change that matters, before it goes in
  • Spending limits
  • Exceptions the rules don't cover

Market Loop does

  • Watching the workflows you authorized
  • Finding where work slows down or repeats
  • Building and testing fixes
  • Putting approved changes in, with a way back
  • Measuring what changed

Nothing that matters changes without your approval, and every change can be undone.

Runs inside tools you already use

Market Loop connects to the accounts you already have. We didn't rebuild what was fine.

  • GoHighLevel

Your contacts, texts, calendar and workflows.
  • Your ad accounts

Facebook ads, one use of the loop, run inside the budget you set.
  • Your other apps

Direct connections where available, or agent computer/browser use within the apps, actions and limits you authorize.

Our own business goes first

Our founder's painting company runs on Market Loop. Every Truline tool runs there before it runs for you.

Questions about Market Loop

What is Market Loop?

Market Loop is software plus AI that connects to your business and its systems and closes the gap between knowledge and implementation. It works in any part of the business: admin, client relations, training, marketing, ads and more. AI helps most when it is built into how the business runs, not used as a separate chat window. Market Loop watches the workflows you authorize, finds where work slows down or repeats, builds and tests a fix, and brings it to you to approve. Then it measures the result and starts again.

Do I need an AI consultant to run it?

No. You set the goals and approve the changes. The software does the watching, building, testing and measuring. No consultant or agency sits between you and the system.

Where does it start?

Routine office tasks: client intake, collecting documents, scheduling, details typed in twice, follow-ups, routing tasks and handing work from one person to the next. That work is easier to see and measure. The same loop runs your marketing and ad campaigns, and works on client relations, staff training and keeping good employees. It measures the process, never the person.

What is a closed loop?

A closed loop means every lesson ends in a change, and every change gets checked. Most businesses run open loops: they notice a problem, write a new process, and never find out whether anyone used it. Market Loop keeps the loop closed. What it learns becomes a change you approve, the change goes in, and the result decides what comes next.

Does it run marketing and ad campaigns?

Yes. Marketing is one of the places the loop works. At our founder's painting company it runs Facebook ads inside the spending limit the owner sets, follows up every new lead and links each paid job back to the ad that found it. Those results decide which ads to keep and what to try next. Changes to the offer or the budget wait for the owner.

How is it different from other workflow automation?

Most automation platforms run a workflow you design and never change it. Market Loop is automation that keeps improving: it looks at the data from your connected tools and workflows, finds the step that costs the most time, proposes a fix and measures it after you approve. It runs through a direct integration with GoHighLevel and your ad accounts, and keeps task management in the tools you already use.

Does it watch my employees?

No. It measures the workflows you choose to connect, such as how long an intake takes or how often a form is redone. It does not monitor people, and it sees only what you allow.

Will it change things without me?

Changes that matter wait for your approval. Routine work runs inside rules you set, such as a spending limit. Every change is tested first and can be undone.

What does it measure?

Time spent on office work, how long a task takes from start to finish, errors, rework and the cost of each finished task. For marketing, it shows cost per lead and which ads led to paid jobs. It shows you what changed. It does not promise profit, or a set gain after any number of rounds.

Does it replace my staff or my professional judgment?

No. Your people still do the work, and your professional duties stay yours. In an accounting or law office it helps with the supporting work, like intake, document requests and reminders, never the professional judgment.

Is GoHighLevel required?

Market Loop is built on GoHighLevel, so that is where your contacts, texts and calendar live. Already have a different CRM? Keep it. Tell us which one you use. We make a plan to work with it, or help you move.

Is it right for my kind of business?

What does Main Street Market Loop cost?

$5,000 paid once, or $2,000 today and 3 payments of $1,250, $5,750 in total.

What comes with either payment option?

The software, all 6 kits and assisted setup. Both options include every system. Hosting, AI usage, ad spend and other third-party charges are separate, and so are ongoing maintenance and support. The three-kit discount does not stack onto this package.

Do the assisted-setup hours expire?

5 hours of assisted setup in 5 separately scheduled 1-hour sessions. Each session is capped at 1 hour. Redeem them at any time; they never expire. This is assisted setup, not unlimited support or general consulting.
